Analysis & workshops

In a workshop format, we discuss what your goals are. We're all about shaping your ideal future work culture and way of working

In the workshop, we ask the right questions: What kind of interaction is cultivated here and how do we want it to develop? What roles do hierarchy, transparency and formality play? We establish all these factors with various tools in order to gain an idea of how we can map and promote work culture in the workspace.

A new work environment: Why is the analysis relevant?

We live in an age of new work. Just like your environment, working models and spaces are subject to continuous change. The boundaries of real and virtual working worlds are increasingly blurring, and it's essential to maintain a balance between flexibility and stability.

In order to remain competitive and fit for the future, we analyze, among other things, your working methods through various workshops. We consider the needs of the employees and include current influences of digitization as well as new work values. We compare the desired outcome of the requirements with the current state of the given conditions and raise questions like, how many workstations do I need for trust-based work? The analysis serves as a foundation for your work environment of the future.

Restructuring – even the smaller spaces

Workplace consulting doesn't always have to equal a large project scope. Even when redesigning smaller office spaces or an existing office, we usually start our work with an analysis phase or a brief workshop.
