Creating new work environments

Our approach is to implement new, innovative and efficient space and work models. Our consultancy, the Workplace Consulting, aims to rethink the working world in collaboration with you.

Often, at the beginning of creating a new work environment, there's an initial spark but not yet a concrete concept. We are here to pick up on your initial vision and thoughts – even if you don't yet know exactly where you want to go. Workplace Consulting takes you through two steps with us:

Analysis & workshops

In a workshop format, we discuss what your goals are. We're all about shaping your ideal future work culture and way of working

In the workshop, we ask the right questions: What kind of interaction is cultivated here and how do we want it to develop? What roles do hierarchy, transparency and formality play? We establish all these factors with various tools in order to gain an idea of how we can map and promote work culture in the workspace.

Developing a workplace concept

Based on the outcome of the workshop, we create an office concept that reflects and strengthens your work culture.

After taking the time to really get to know your company, we start conceptualizing and designing your future work platform.

Implementation

Is the concept ready? Then we can execute it. From tenant planning to installation. You can find an overview of our services in the implementation process in our office solutions here:

Are you looking to redesign your office on a smaller scale? We can also be your project partner if you are looking for a new interior arrangement:

How we work

We start by taking a closer look at what your specific needs are and then create a concept in which we map out your future working methods and the various aspects required of your space. To do this, we develop a design that fits your future working methods, create space for your corporate identity and accompany you all the way to a fully equipped office.
