The Challenge
In mid-2020, we initiated the project with employee interviews to gather ideas for the future space. The goal was to involve the employees and create high acceptance for the location change. The resulting needs profile formed the basis for the space search. Thanks to the clear search profile, the search was quickly completed, and the DSTRCT Berlin was leased. This process was carried out entirely digitally due to the pandemic.

The Solution
Under post-pandemic conditions, the number of workstations was significantly adjusted. The original double-office structure was transformed into open work zones that provide space for both focused and collaborative work. Additionally, numerous retreat options were created to meet the diverse needs of the employees.

The green plant atmosphere of the courtyard extends into the interior of the bar area.

Interior Design
The distinctive, wave-like lines of the DSTRCT building’s facade are mirrored throughout the interior and significantly inspired our design concept. The kitchen was designed as a central hub for communication and gathering, aimed at fostering social interaction. To achieve this, we carefully considered and adapted fire safety requirements.
Our interior concept also includes creative room dividers that emulate a fiery ambiance, along with a vibrant color palette that creates a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere.
