The Challenge
We assisted Hella Aglaia on its journey to the new office over a period of 15 months. The challenge was the office concept and implementation in the tight timeframe from the signing of the lease to moving into the fully renovated space at the Ullsteinhaus in Berlin Tempelhof.
Our Solution
We reviewed and negotiated the tenant construction specification, were responsible for the office concept, the furnishing and lighting design. At the same time, we represented Hella Aglaia’s interests in the expansion process with the landlord until the tenant moved into the new property. We supported Hella Aglaia in the selection and procurement of furniture and execution of the move. Since 2017, the Berlin-based company, the world’s leading authority in the realization of visual sensor technologies, has been able to develop its ideas to product in its new space.
Interior Design
With a uniform concept, we implemented the structure of the company in the design and thereby coordinated the different spaces.
