The Challenge
Our task was to provide creative support throughout the entire relocation process of bpc AG – from the initial idea to moving into the new premises at X-Dock in Münster. Given the dynamic company culture and the continuous growth of bpc, a spatial expansion was the next logical step.

In the large meeting room with a view of the harbor at the front of the building, a cozy lounge area invites you to hold internal meetings, interviews, or simply relax with video games during breaks.
Our Solution
We began work in January 2024, building on the existing spatial concept. We took the lead in coordinating and implementing the requirements of bpc AG – both in terms of technical integration and design execution. Thanks to a fast pace and intensive collaboration, the project was completed on time and within the planned budget.
Bpc has remained true to the beloved Münster city harbor with its maritime flair and now enjoys active collaboration and teamwork in the new working environment.

The so-called “Touchdown” areas set targeted monochrome accents – in this case, yellow – and consist of flexible, acoustically effective furniture. They are designed for short meetings in open areas, lounges, or focus zones. The goal was to create a variety of work options in an open environment.

Interior Design
Our interior design was guided by bpc AG’s corporate design colors and logo, the maritime atmosphere of the Münster city harbor, and the distinctive architecture of the new X-Dock building. In addition to traditional workstations, the office landscape offers a wide range of alternative workspaces – for example, in the central marketplace or the meeting room with a sofa corner and table tennis table.
With deliberately chosen bold color accents, warm materials such as oak, and plenty of greenery, we created an agile yet homely working environment.

The combination of functional workstations and mobile workshop zones brings variety and enlivens the structure of the office landscape. Bold color accents and plenty of plants create a welcoming, feel-good atmosphere.
