In the three large conference rooms, a classic basic design meets modern color accents.

The Challenge

Accompanying the entire process of the refurbishment – from identifying requirements and conceptualizing a new working environment, to developing initial design ideas and floor plan layouts, through to overseeing construction measures and the move into the completed new premises.
The project was carried out over a period of two years in five construction phases and was closely supervised by our team.

Retreat spaces, such as this two-person meeting room, are equipped for small meetings and hybrid sessions. The colored film on the glass surfaces provides privacy and aids orientation.

Our Solution

To determine the specific requirements for the new space, we launched a customized, technology-supported employee survey. Based on the results, we developed different room types reflecting the needs and demands of the new work areas. These room types were translated into a modular system and integrated into the floor plan.

In the further design process, the overall concept was elaborated together with a project group during a material and color workshop. The design implementation as well as all requirements concerning interior fit-out (including lighting, electrical installations, and integration of media technology) were coordinated and managed by us.
Thanks to a fast pace and close collaboration, the project was completed on schedule and within the planned budget.

The spacious cloakroom on the conference floor offers storage space and creates recognition through CI-based color design.
The large conference hall accommodates up to 100 seats and can be furnished and arranged to suit a variety of requirements.

The colorful cafeteria is the new centerpiece of the space and provides room for informal meetings and conversations during lunch breaks.

Retreat spaces, such as these phone booths, are designed for calls and shorter online meetings. The color scheme creates recognition and orientation.

Interior Design

The interior design concept was guided by the client’s logo and updated corporate design in terms of color selection and formal accents.
The open work areas are bright and characterized by warm wood tones, while bold color accents appear in the smaller retreat and meeting rooms.

The significantly enlarged tea kitchens – also referred to as work cafés – and the cafeteria were designed to create a homely atmosphere with a high quality of stay.

The spacious conference floor with its large hall, central lobby, and various meeting rooms demonstrates the successful combination of classic formal language with modern accents in furniture, surfaces, and custom joinery.

In the tea kitchens, the wallpapers form the highlight. The different motives make each room unique.

In the open office areas, the furnishings are simple and understated. Color accents distinguish the individual zones from one another
