Project facts and figures

The Challenge
Our task was to integrate an existing interior design concept into the newly rented space at Munich’s South Horizon. Within a tight schedule, we took responsibility for overseeing the site development with the landlord. It was crucial that the appearance of the new location seamlessly aligned with the client’s corporate design.
Large wall graphics in the open space areas bring a sense of connection to the location and variety. For example, here is the “Flaucher,” a section of the Isar River and a recreational area in Munich’s Obersendling district.

The open space areas were designed to ensure good work quality and acoustics, even in an open environment, by combining phone booths and sound-absorbing panels.

Our Solution
We began work in May 2023, building upon the existing spatial concept.
We led the project, addressing both technical integration and the management of construction, as well as overseeing the interior design. With high speed and intensity, we completed the project on time and within budget.

Interior Design
The guideline for our interior design was based on the corporate design colors of 1000 Satellites. The style of the graphics and the loose furniture concept were inspired by the first satellite offices in Mannheim.
In this project, the focus was on functionality. The various spaces were designed to be adaptable for different clients and guests and could be easily reconfigured for different uses.
The wall graphics were an integral part of the design, with each room clearly identified by a unique graphic with a regional reference or quote. The color scheme of the walls also followed the principle of accommodating different usage scenarios.
